Dear Mr. Hoj,
Thank you so much for all you've done this year despite all of its inconveniences. You’ve done so much for us since the beginning of the year. From organizing lesson plans and homework, giving tips on what topics we should pay close attention to, giving us opportunities to bring up our grade with test retakes and extra credit assignments. You took time out of your personal life to put us first and help us through our understanding of math concepts. It’s hard enough being a teacher and juggling multiple classes and students but being a math teacher is definitely another level of dedication and hard work. You have been a very understanding and sympathetic teacher who has given us the ability to show how our hard work will be worth it in the end. You’ve shown us that grades aren’t everything but what’s important is the effort and time we have put into it. To know that we were able to pull through and give it our all despite the difficulty we had to deal with.
It’s a shame that covid ended the year early and put a dent in our plans on preparing for the ap test but you were very helpful in dictating and guiding us through what we needed to know by providing practice free responses as well as the rubric to correct our mistakes. The material you posted helped me greatly on the ap test and were quick to answer and respond to any questions we had on certain topics and free responses.
I wish we would’ve been able to finish the school year but nonetheless I would like to thank you for everything you’ve done for us. It’s been an unforgettable senior year and I wish you the best for the years to come. Take care!
Sincerely,
Kelly Chiem
These pictures were my favorites from our of all the pictures I've taken. The first two are from our section "composition" which taught us the basics to photography and the foundation to taking amazing and memorable pictures. The picture utilizes the rule of thirds and the second picture use the technique of frame within a frame. I really like these two pictures because even though they are simple, they were the most memorable to me. It was also one of the first photography assignments we were assigned to complete so it was fun to use what we learned to capture these pictures. The third and last picture was during our section on levitation. I really like this picture because I had a fun time capturing all the pictures needed to make this single picture possible. We had to take three separate pictures to get each part of the picture. It also required us to use different editing techniques to make sure the picture is cohesive and comes out perfectly.
