Over the three weeks of winter break, I engaged in countless activities with my friends and family. The first few days of break were spent relaxing and catching up on sleep. On Christmas day, my entire family went to my aunt's house to celebrate Christmas and eat dinner together. The following day, I went to Disneyland for the first time with my cousins. We were there from opening to closing and the experience was unforgettable. The Christmas decorations were still up, the rides were so fun, and the scenery was just amazing. The most unforgettable part of my time at Disneyland were the fireworks. It was my first time watching fireworks from so close and the music added to the atmosphere. Best of all, the fake snow that fell topped it all off. A week later, I spent new year's at home, watching the countdown. A few days later, I met with my youth group friends to exchange secret Santa gifts and spent the day out. For the last week of break, I hung out with my friends, ate at new places, and just had a good time before school starts again.
